Stevenage, Hertfordshire
This project was commissioned jointly by NHS Hertfordshire and the East and North Hertfordshire Acute Trust to facilitate the relocation of Therapy and GUM services from the hospital site.
We led a service redesign exercise with staff, identified a series of options, procured the site and managed its conversion and complete refurbishment within a very tight timescale and budget. A consultative approach ensured the rationalisation was supported by the majority of staff and resulted in a significant saving for the local health economy.
