We acquired and have taken over the management of this medical student/key worker accommodation from an NHS Trust. An extensive programme of refurbishment was completed to address many years of underinvestment and a significant maintenance backlog.
The facility provides accommodation to a high quality standard that has led to residents voting them 'best in the region'. The accommodation comprises 82 flats capable of housing well over 200 people, we take the full risk on lettings and operating costs.
