This integrated centre incorporates a GP Practice; child development and specialist community services; rehabilitation; dentistry; podiatry; minor surgery; outpatient clinics; diagnostics (including digital x-ray) and community mental health services.
At the time of its delivery it was one of the lowest cost buildings of its type and was a runner up in a National awards for Value for Money. The Centre is cited as an exemplar for community engagement and has been quoted by CABE and the Department of Health as a design exemplar and is featured in Health Building Note 11_01
